"Spotting" Spring with A Tad Monroe
12:56 PMIt's officially spring, guys!!!!
I am so excited. The weather last week started to cooperate (right before the snow...) and it felt bright and happy and like the perfect weather to throw on a sundress. And since the weather oh so nicely asked, I did what it wanted--because why not cooperate with Mother Nature when she's so polite?
This dress is one of my favorite easy breezy pieces because it's so comfy, and I've already worn it I think three times on this blog--proof positive that I'm guilty of serially repeating my pieces. I'm not immune to the allure of wearing the same thing over and over again just because I blog about my clothes sometimes!
But the real star of this outfit is this ADORABLE leopard clutch. How cute is it though?!?!
So the story of the clutch:
Back in January I got an email from an old friend, Denise. Denise and I met when I was an undergrad working at a shelter called SAAFE House in Hunstville, Texas. It turns out that not only is Denise a completely amazing person, mom, and foster parent back in Texas, but she also runs an adorable online shop called A Tad Monroe. (Whew, did anyone else get exhausted just reading that? I know I did!) A Tad Monroe is pretty much the Southern sensibility I grew up with in fashion--including some mix print tops, and adorable denim shirt dress (that would be awfully cute in an outfit like this one), and more--which I must admit I love, even if I dress a little more city than country these days. But this clutch was my absolute FAVE and it had to be mine.
The best part about her shop? Everything is under $50!! I know. Get excited, everybody. I am resisting all efforts to not spend more money in her shop than my poor little bank account will allow.
The shop is located here, and if you shop using my promo code legally10 through April 4th, you'll get 10% off your order at checkout! It's the perfect time and excuse to add new stuff to your wardrobe (because you already did your spring cleaning, right?).
Do you have any shops you love? Tell me about them in the comments below! And if you end up purchasing anything, tag me (@legallycharming_style) and A Tad Monroe (@atadmonroe) when you post on Instagram so we can see what you got!
xoxo

*Disclosure: I was provided the leopard clutch from A Tad Monroe in exchange for a review of the shop. However, all opinions and thoughts about their products are my own.
