Heyyyy people it's Friday!!!! Aren't you so excited??

Last weekend I was so thrilled to be included in an event co-hosted by local bloggers The Charm Collectiv and a boutique in Ellicott City called Bear Fox Babe (which has some CUUUUTE stuff, y'all)!! Brittany and Emma are the genius minds behind Charm Collectiv and came up with the genius idea to bring together local photographers, bloggers, and Instagrammers for a fun evening with delicious food, fun, and photography. 

I brought along my favorite gal pal Taliah of Fashion Was Here to drink some sangria while hanging out under the shade of the pine trees. We arrived to the most adorable little red shed surrounded by blankets, delicious apps, and swarming with potential new friends!! 

We had a delicious, DELICIOUS chai cake by Hvmble Vegan Kitchen and chatted with some lovely ladies from all walks of blogger and photography life. After everyone ate their weight in cake and filled their bloodstream with sangria (was that just me??), we wandered into historic Ellicott City and took photos of each other all over town. 

I can't even tell you how fun this was!! It was such a thrill to meet so many incredible, creative minds who are right here in my home state. Everyone was easygoing, fun, and talented--I felt humbled just to be along for the ride. We exchanged business cards, started following each other all across Instagram, and I've already done another photoshoot with Raqui (Raqwell, who took some of the incredible photos you saw above), who is such a joy! 

This look was a fun one to put together! I had to get dressed pretty fast after my six hour practice test, so I put on the easiest thing possible--this easy, breezy dress from Old Navy, a pair of Steven Madden lace-up sandals (that have been completely on repeat this summer), and my favorite leopard clutch for a bit of print mixing! I was cool and comfortable all night, and still completely me. 

Can't wait to spend more time with these babes!!
